Clients must adhere to the agreed payment schedule outlined in their contract.
Payments should be made through the approved methods specified in the contract.
Any delay in payments may result in project delays or additional charges.
Refunds and cancellations will be governed by the terms stated in the respective contract.
The project completion time will be specified in the contract.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as force majeure events) will be communicated promptly.
Any modifications or additional work requested by the client may lead to revised timelines and costs.
Clients must provide accurate and complete project details.
Necessary approvals, permits, and authorizations must be obtained before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
Any changes to the original scope of work must be communicated and approved in writing.
Castle Cloud Builders & Developers guarantees workmanship quality per industry standards.
Any defects reported within the agreed warranty period will be reviewed and addressed.
We shall not be liable for damages caused by third-party interventions, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance.
All designs, plans, and materials provided by Castle Cloud Builders & Developers remain our intellectual property unless stated otherwise in writing.
Clients are prohibited from reproducing or distributing any project-related content without prior authorization.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project.
We may use completed project images for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through mutual discussion.
If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration as per the laws of Kerala, India.
Castle Cloud Builders & Developers reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Clients will be notified of any significant changes to the terms.
